Warranty Information
Rand Watch Co only sells watches that are genuine, brand new, in original condition and delivered with original packaging, warranty cards and instruction manuals where applicable. The warranty will vary depending on the brand and type of watch.
Manufacturer Warranty
Every watch is supplied with an international manufacturer’s warranty. It is important to register your watch using the instructions in your booklet.
Warranty Process
Should you experience any issues with your watch, please send us an email and we will advise the process that you must follow. Depending on the issue, we will either direct you to the closest authorised service centre or ask you to courier the watch back to us. Please note that the courier costs are not covered by the warranty.
Your warranty covers the internal workings of the watch.
Your warranty does not cover water/moisture damage, damage to the watch case or glass, missing stones or gems, damage to the watch bracelet/band or straps, damage to the crown/stem or finishes, damage to clasps/buckles, normal wear and tear or battery damage.
If a watch has been tampered, modified, or repaired by a third party the manufacturer will consider the warranty voided.
